At LH Plus, we don't just mould plastic, we mould a future where essential products and environmental responsibility seamlessly align. As a leading provider in this space, we offer a dynamic environment where talented professionals can shape progress, find fulfillment, and see their impact firsthand.

Culture & Core Values

Do The Right Thing

When you have a hammer, every problem is a nail to you. However, that is a problem because not everything is linear when a person is involved. We always assess the situation before acting to solve it. Acting accordingly means we are doing the right thing, not just merely doing things right.

Embrace Discipline & Consistency

When it comes to discipline, it is not just about following a certain set of procedures. It is also about being mindful of why certain processes are set in such a way. Once that is understood, it becomes easier for everyone to embrace discipline and achieve consistency in everything we do.

Pursue Growth & Learning

We encourage everyone to be eager learners. It is the only way for both the organization and its people to grow and embrace change. From skill sets, materials, processes, and practices, we strive to train and anticipate growth from all our employees. To us, growth and learning are imperative when it comes to keeping up with the times.

Sometimes certain problems can be solved in the most unconventional way. We will always encourage unconventional thinking because we believe that if you do things differently, you will achieve different results. Even though we are in the manufacturing business, thinking like there's no box could very well be the most cost-effective solution to certain business problems.

Think Outside the Box

Do what you love or love what you do? It can be one and the same if you put passion and determination to the test. Either way, it's about putting in the extra effort and having the enthusiasm to complete the task at hand. That way, our productivity levels will soar, and everyone will be a winner.
